You are invited to join the Garden Club of Montclair … there’s something for everyone!

​Established in 1975 to stimulate interest and enjoyment in gardening and to beautify our homes and community, we continue to welcome avid and budding gardeners alike to participate in our monthly meetings.​
Whatever your skill level or interest, we extend an invitation to you to take part in our monthly meetings from March to December that feature informative speakers, instructive workshops, and private tours of historic homes and gardens. We also support and participate in community projects that beautify Montclair and surrounding neighborhoods! Come and garden with friends!

Mission
The Garden Club of Montclair seeks to provide members with education, resources, and networking opportunities that expand our love of and interest in gardening, horticulture, floral and landscape design, and highlight the important role we play in environmental conservation.

2024 Program Highlights
​District II flower show: The Chemistry of Fall October 8-10 at River Farm 7931 E Boulevard drive, Alexandria VA
​
Garden Club of Montclair Meeting at Hollin Farms in Markham Oct. 16
During our visit, we will be able to pick apples as well as dig up our very own potatoes and peanuts. Pumpkins, squash, gourds, fall vegetables and fall sunflowers will also be available. We will then go to 2Kyles in Plains for lunch.
We will meet at the Montclair Country Club at 9:00 a.m. to arrange carpooling. Please let me know by Saturday October 12 if you are interested in going AND if you can drive.

Firehouse Garden Fall Clean up, week of November 24-30.
Where: 15219 Holleyside Drive, 22025
What to bring: gloves, bags, clippers, brooms, rakes, your favorite garden hand tools,hats, water.

Garden Club of Montclair Meeting and Fall Centerpiece Workshop Wednesday November 20.
We will be adding succulents on a flat pumpkin. More info to follow

We will end with the meeting and lunch at Brittany's American Restaurant 12449 Dillingham Square.

Decorate Secret Garden, December 9 at AJ Ferlazzo building.
We will decorate garden at 1:30, then host a holiday sing-a-long at 2:30.
